The following explains the simple process of us working together in creating your corporate greeting card.
- You select one of our holiday cards or let us create one from scratch.
- You provide us with your personal greeting (example Have a Magical Holiday Season) - or we will provide one for you.
- We will discuss if you want your logo to be displayed our flash illustrator will need an image of your logo. (with logo $175.00 - without logo $125.00 a card)
- We will email you a preview of your greeting card for your approval and/or changes.
- Once you approve your card you will then email us your list of recipients in the following format Excel worksheet is preferred.
- EmailAddress - NameFirst NameLast
- You tell us the date that you want your card to be delivered (emailed)
- Your corporate ecard will be sent FROM: your company and email address.
- Each recipient will receive their own individual greeting card.
- A few days after your card is sent - We will provide you with a Recipient Viewed Report? to show who actually viewed your card.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: As in most email messages that have external links and embedded images, there is a possibility that some of your email delivery will end up in the recipients junk mail. The email address that you provide has a better chance of not ending up in the recipients junk box if the recipient has your email address in their address book.
- Payment can be made by credit card on our website at https://www.pme-c.com//Artists/ecards/Default.aspx?pid=26 , We will require payment of ½ to begin work on your card and the balance when you have approved your card for delivery.
